Competitive Compensation :

Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential Electrical systems with precision, efficiency, and safety in mind. Provide thorough system evaluations and clearly communicate findings and recommended solutions to homeowners. Educate customers on service options, system performance, maintenance plans, and product upgrades. Present pricing and financing options confidently to help customers make informed decisions. Build trust through transparent communication and high-quality workmanship, with a focus on delivering 5-star customer experiences. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell additional services or replacements when appropriate. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and sales activity in dispatch or CRM software (e.g., ServiceTitan). Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and ready for daily appointments. Collaborate with office staff, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure seamless job completion and follow-up. Attend ongoing technical and sales training to stay current on equipment, best practices, and sales techniques. Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Valid journeyman or residential wireman license (or ability to obtain). 1-2 years of residential electrical service experience. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for panels, circuits, lighting, and service upgrades. Comfortable explaining solutions and presenting repair or upgrade options to homeowners. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and ability to work independently in the field. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in crawlspaces or attics. Familiar with or willing to learn service software (e.g., ServiceTitan
