Monday•Friday | 10:45 PM•7:15 AM | $28.50/hour Position Overview Support automated and semi-automated production equipment across assigned shift Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and optimize machinery to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing Perform in a safety-driven, high-tech production environment Contribute with a hands-on, continuous improvement mindset Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated and semi-automated equipment Diagnose issues involving sensors, controllers, encoders, and servo systems Perform machine setup, changeovers, and line clearances Conduct preventive maintenance and complete startup documentation Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications Support production by adjusting equipment and resolving performance issues Maintain accurate production, efficiency, and downtime records Assist with installation and modification of integrated systems Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Participate in continuous improvement and EHS initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with motor controls, relays, contactors, and jog circuits Knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics Familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment Ability to troubleshoot from simple to complex technical issues Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic computer and computerized control system knowledge Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly Minimum Requirements Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma or GED required (technical training preferred) Up to 3 years of manufacturing experience Experience with automated or semi-automated equipment preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work in manufacturing and/or cleanroom environments Exposure to machinery, noise, chemicals, and controlled environments Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 80 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion Required use of steel-toe boots and PPE No jewelry, false nails/eyelashes, or torn clothing permitted Additional Details Minimal travel required (less than 5%) Interview required prior to offer Opportunity for long-term placement based on performance Why Join Us? Pay Details:
