We are looking for a high-level technician with strong experience in marine electronics, electrical diagnostics, advanced wiring, and system installations who can operate independently and take ownership of jobs. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean work, strong troubleshooting, and professional customer interaction. We stay busy and perform high-quality work throughout Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, and surrounding areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marine electronics installation (Garmin, NMEA 2000, sonar, radar) Advanced 12V wiring and electrical troubleshooting Marine audio system installation Lithium battery and charging system integration Mobile and in-shop service work Customer communication on-site Completing jobs cleanly, efficiently, and professionally Maintaining organized tools, trucks, and work areas ✅

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years marine electronics, electrical, or related experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Experience with marine wiring and 12V systems

NMEA 2000

experience preferred Ability to work independently and lead jobs Professional attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license

Preferred:

Garmin experience Lithium battery installation experience General marine service knowledge (100hr / 300hr service familiarity)

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
