We are looking for a Master Certified Volkswagen Technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently while delivering an exceptional ownership experience for our clients. What We Offer Top flat-rate pay based on experience and certifications Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates Relocation assistance available for the right technician Air-conditioned and modern service facility Consistent repair order flow Paid Volkswagen factory training Paid holidays and vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Opportunity for advancement into Shop Foreman or Team Lead roles Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Volkswagen vehicles according to factory standards Perform advanced drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, and ADAS diagnostics Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately Perform multipoint inspections and document findings thoroughly Communicate clearly with service advisors and management regarding repair status and recommendations Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards Stay current on Volkswagen technical bulletins and factory training Maintain a clean and organized work area Mentor and assist developing technicians when needed Qualifications Volkswagen Master Certification preferred ASE certifications are a plus Minimum 3-5 years dealership technician experience Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability Experience with Volkswagen diagnostic systems and repair procedures Ability to operate scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Strong communication and teamwork skills High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Preferred Experience Volkswagen, Audi, or European brand dealership experience Experience with EV and hybrid systems ADAS calibration and diagnostics Warranty repair and documentation experience Compensation Flat-rate pay based on experience and certifications Top technicians can earn $100,000-$150,000+ annually depending on production and skill level Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Rotating Saturdays if applicable Apply Today If you are a high-performing Volkswagen technician looking for a dealership that values your skillset, productivity, and long-term career growth, we want to talk to you.
