ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, refurbish and list retired IT equipment (Smartphones, tablets, networking hardware, etc.), as part of our ITAD service offering. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Refurbish smartphones and tablets Review and grade equipment conditions, troubleshooting device issues as they arise List equipment for sale through the company's eCommerce platforms Ensure inventory records align with company and departmental standards Comply with company environmental health and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Competency with mobile device platforms (Android and iOS) is required. Duties require professional communication skills and the ability to master the company's software platforms. An ideal candidate is strongly self-motivated and displays an apparent sense of urgency with the aptitude to complete all undertakings and assigned tasks. This is not a remote job.

PREFERRED SKILLS 1-2

years previous mobile device experience Experience with stocking and inventory management Experience working with ServiceNow highly preferred A+ and ITIL certifications are a bonus.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Partial warehouse environment. Position requires almost exclusive work using a computer.
