Our goal is to provide results-driven services while creating a welcoming and elevated experience for every patient. We are expanding our laser and skin treatment services and are looking for a motivated, personable, and growth-minded Laser Technician to join our team. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate provider who enjoys helping patients feel confident through customized aesthetic treatments and skincare education. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, professional, team-oriented, and excited to grow alongside a developing medical spa brand. Services Performed Laser hair removal Laser skin rejuvenation treatments Acne and hyperpigmentation treatments Skin consultations and treatment planning Medical-grade facials Chemical peels Microneedling (preferred but not required) Patient education and skincare recommendations Responsibilities Perform laser and aesthetic treatments safely and effectively Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care Build strong patient relationships to encourage retention and referrals Maintain treatment documentation and compliance standards Assist with promoting services, memberships, and skincare products Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment areas Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Active Florida Laser Technician and Facial Specialist license/certification Experience with laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments preferred Experience in a medical spa or aesthetic setting preferred Knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Motivated, dependable, and comfortable helping grow a patient base What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule with growth potential Supportive and collaborative environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding medical spa Employee discounts on services and products Performance-based earning opportunities available Schedule Part-time Weekday and occasional weekend availability preferred How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience in aesthetics, laser treatments, and skincare services.
