  • Part-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician, where your expertise will elevate clients' confidence and enhance their natural beauty!
In this energetic role, you will deliver advanced skin care treatments, perform laser procedures, and provide exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in esthetic laser treatments, hydrofacials, RF microneedling, chemical peels—all while working in a vibrant environment that values innovation and professionalism. This position offers hourly pay plus commission, rewarding your dedication and skill with growth opportunities. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic laser treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction with precision and care. Deliver personalized skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare to ensure optimal results and foster long-term relationships. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment areas are clean and organized. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, managing retail sales of skincare products, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with product demonstrations and promote retail offerings to support clinic growth. Requirements Valid license or certification in electrolysis and Esthetics with experience in laser treatments. Proven expertise in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and deep tissue massage. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and explain treatment options clearly. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform retail sales through product demos and personalized recommendations.
