We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Calibration Technician with a strong understanding of metrology principles and a minimum of two years of calibration experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a wide variety of test and measurement equipment while contributing to a growing and respected organization. Key Responsibilities Perform calibration, adjustment, verification, and troubleshooting of test and measurement equipment. Calibrate instruments in disciplines including, but not limited to: Pressure Dimensional Mass & Balance Force & Torque Temperature & Humidity Follow established calibration procedures and quality system requirements. Accurately document calibration results and maintain detailed records. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with
ISO/IEC 17025
requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a strong commitment to quality and turnaround times. Support both laboratory and onsite calibration activities as required. Maintain calibration standards, tools, and work areas in an organized manner.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Calibration Technician or in a related metrology position. Working knowledge of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and metrology concepts. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs when necessary. Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel locally for onsite calibrations. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred:
Experience working within an
ISO/IEC 17025
accredited laboratory. Familiarity with
ANSI/NCSL Z540-3
