Job Description

Entry-Level Aerospace Repair Technician Kickstart your hands-on career with EAM Worldwide! JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Aerospace Repair Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning a career in aerospace maintenance and repair. The technician will assist in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft components in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with inspection, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components and assemblies Perform basic mechanical repairs under supervision Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and correctly Document work performed in maintenance records and repair logs Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Support senior technicians and supervisors as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High school diploma or GED Basic mechanical aptitude or technical training Ability to read technical documents and follow procedures Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred (Not Required): Enrollment in or completion of an A&P or aerospace technical program Prior hands-on experience (internship, school lab, military, or automotive/mechanical work) Familiarity with FAA regulations or aerospace quality systems
