Join us and become part of a growing organization where your contributions make a meaningful impact. We are looking for a qualified EV Technician II (Experienced / Skilled Field Technician) . The EV Technician II role is a skilled field position for experienced construction professionals supporting EV charging infrastructure projects. This role requires hands-on experience with construction equipment, underground utilities, and site coordination, with increased responsibility in daily field execution. Key Responsibilities Operate and assist with construction equipment such as mini-excavators, skid steers, and trenchers Support underground electrical and civil construction scopes Install conduit, equipment bases, pads, and EV site infrastructure Read and interpret basic construction plans and site layouts Assist with layout, measurements, and site coordination activities Mentor and support EV Technician I team members when needed Maintain safe, efficient, and productive jobsite operations Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Prior construction experience required Ability to operate construction equipment Experience with underground utility or electrical work preferred CDL preferred but not required OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification (can be obtained after hire) Willingness to travel as required Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently when needed
