In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating fuel handling systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless functioning of fuel management processes across industrial facilities, supporting manufacturing and distribution activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, hydraulics, and precision instrumentation to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on fuel handling systems, including pumps, valves, sensors, and calibration devices. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and calibration instruments. Maintain and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and vision inspection systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct field service activities involving high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Read and interpret technical schematics, AutoCAD drawings, and control system documentation to diagnose problems accurately. Calibrate sensors, measurement instruments, and control devices to ensure precision in fuel dispensing operations. Support manufacturing processes by maintaining CNC equipment, hydraulic systems, and industrial electrician components. Assist in the installation of new equipment using technical drawings and specifications while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by collaborating with team members and clients to resolve technical issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on hydraulics, electrical systems (including high voltage), and mechanical troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) systems, schematics, calibration procedures, sensors, and vision inspection systems. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), CNC machinery, AutoCAD drawings, and Calypso software is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with calibration techniques using precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools. Background in manufacturing environments or military service that emphasizes discipline, safety awareness, and technical proficiency. Ability to read technical schematics accurately and interpret complex control system documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service orientation to support field service activities effectively. Safety-conscious mindset with experience working with high voltage and low voltage electrical components in industrial settings.
