June 23, 2025 Weekly Pay | Benefits Offered Job Summary We are seeking a mechanically inclined candidate to support our MRO Technician. Aircraft component maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and testing mechanical and electrical aircraft power systems in a fast‑paced aviation environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft components and power systems Repair and overhaul motors, generators, power units, and related assemblies Perform maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with approved work instructions and maintenance manuals Replace defective or worn parts using hand tools and power tools Inspect replacement parts and assemblies for defects or compliance issues Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and maintenance manuals to determine proper repair procedures Conduct functional testing to ensure components meet quality and performance standards Accurately document work performed, findings, and corrective actions Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environments Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and understand technical manuals and repair documentation Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work on‑site and meet attendance requirements Preferred Qualifications Aviation or aerospace maintenance experience Experience working with aircraft electrical power systems Prior work in a regulated manufacturing or MRO environment
