We are currently seeking skilled and motivated candidates to join our infusion department . We're looking for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, pay attention to detail, and are eager to grow with us. This role offers strong potential for advancement within a dynamic and expanding area of our business. As part of our close molding team , you'll gain hands-on experience working with a wide range of materials and applications across industries such as marine, aerospace, and wind energy—all within a sector recognized as the future of composites. Responsibilities Perform closed mold infusion processes to produce composite parts and molds Prepare, measure, and mix resin systems with accuracy Lay up and position materials (fiberglass, carbon fiber, core materials, etc.) into molds Operate and maintain vacuum systems for infusion processes Inspect parts for quality and accuracy according to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols Qualifications Previous experience in composites, infusion, or closed molding preferred (will train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, and specifications Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn new techniques and materials Lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout the entirety of shift Work over time when needed Stand for duration of shift Patrick Industries offers competitive wages and a full benefits package including but not limited to, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Vacation, 401K, and HSA.
