As part of a growing presence in North America, we are seeking a highly skilled Servo Motor Repair Technician This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-tech, fast-paced environment supporting international customers and contributing to advanced Industry 4.0 solutions.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair servo motors, drives, and feedback devices (encoders/resolvers) Perform electrical and mechanical testing to identify faults and verify performance Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble servo motors and components Conduct final testing, including load testing and performance validation Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Document repair findings, parts used, and work performed in service reports Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Maintain tools, test equipment, and work area in proper condition Assist in identifying opportunities to improve repair processes and efficiency Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments regarding repair status
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred) Experience with servo motor repair, industrial motors, or related equipment Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Familiarity with diagnostic and testing equipment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to travel occasionally for field service, customer support, or training Baumueller Nuermont Corporation is committed to providing a safe & drug-free work environment.
