Job Description

Instrument Technician Are you passionate about precision and excellence in healthcare equipment maintenance? Join our team as an Instrument Technician and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of medical instrument processing. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to contribute to patient care by maintaining the highest standards in sterile processing. Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in sterile processing or instrument maintenance within a healthcare setting Strong understanding of sterilization techniques, instrument tracking, and inventory management Ability to work independently with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude Nice to Have Skills Certification such as CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician), CSPDT, or CASSPT preferred Experience with advanced sterilization equipment and electronic tracking systems Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in sterile processing Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Relevant training or certifications in sterile processing preferred At least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in sterile processing, preferably in a hospital or surgical environment
Other Requirements Schedule:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, 13-week assignment No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and efficiency Willingness to adhere to all safety and compliance standards Background check and applicable certifications required; licensure or certification reimbursements available when applicable Take the next step in your career by applying today!
