In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other Stihl products. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-quality service and reliable equipment performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced tools and technologies while providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues on Stihl outdoor power equipment using schematics and technical manuals Perform repairs and maintenance on chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other outdoor power tools with precision and efficiency Follow safety protocols during all repair procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status, recommended services, and product care tips Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications Experience Stihl Silver certification required Dealership experience or background working in an authorized service center is highly preferred Proven service technician experience with outdoor power equipment or similar machinery Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, equipment repair, or generator repair Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients
