In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of building systems, performing repairs, and overseeing maintenance projects with a focus on quality and efficiency. Your proactive approach will help create a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, tenants, and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills across a variety of maintenance tasks while demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced setting. This job requires but not limited to the following requirements.

- Proven experience as handyman with good work (not looking at temporary fixing items)
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- General electrical work (switches, outlets, lights, ceiling fans, test electrical lines, etc.)
- General plumbing (unclogging and fix all plumbing lines, repair or replace toilets, flappers, wax rings, faucets, water heaters, etc.)
- General HVAC Service (replacing thermostats, filters, routine maintenance and minor repairs)
- General carpentry replacing or fixing (doors, decks, roof leaks/repair, roof boots, flashing)
- General flooring (wood floor, laminate, tile, subfloor)
- Dry wall patching, repair and painting
- Bathroom and kitchen remodeling/repair (cabinets, basic appliance repair, vanities, tub/shower)
