Job Description
Position Overview Laser Engraving Technician Ball Ground, GA | Full-Time Gravion USA is a leader in advanced laser engraving directly on steel embossing rolls. We serve multiple industries using cutting-edge, acid-free engraving technology that is transforming the market. This is a great opportunity to work hands-on with some of the most advanced laser engraving systems in America. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to be part of a fast-growing manufacturing company. Responsibilities Operate and maintain state-of-the-art laser engraving equipment Perform mechanical tasks, including bearing removal, bearing installation, and roll handling Prepare, inspect, and mount steel embossing rolls for engraving Safely operate a forklift to move rolls and support shop logistics Read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and production instructions Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and repeatability Support a clean, safe, organized, and team-focused work environment Assist with continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality Qualifications Mechanical experience preferred, especially with steel rolls, roll handling, or industrial equipment Experience with bearing installation and removal is a strong plus Comfortable working with heavy industrial parts, tools, and equipment Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Prior experience with engraving, or laser systems is helpful, but not required.
