Succeed:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in surgical instrument reprocessing Proficiency in sterilization procedures and surgical instrument handling Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow strict safety and quality protocols Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality Nice to
Have Skills:
Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certification Experience with reprocessing various surgical instruments and equipment Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., JCAHO, OSHA)
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a hospital or surgical center environment highly favorable
Other Requirements:
Must be willing to work a night shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday) Reprocessing surgical instruments in a high-volume setting Ability to commit to a 13-week assignment No local candidates within 50 miles; this position is for candidates willing to travel Take the next step in your career journey today!
