Job Description

Instrument Technician Are you an experienced Instrument Technician passionate about ensuring surgical instruments are sterile, safe, and ready for critical procedures? What You'll Do:
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for reprocessing surgical instruments to meet the highest standards of sterility and safety. You'll work within a collaborative environment, ensuring that all instruments are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for use in surgical procedures. Your attention to detail and technical skills will directly contribute to patient care excellence.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in sterile processing or instrument reprocessing Ability to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM for a 13-week contract Strong knowledge of surgical instrument reprocessing procedures and sterilization techniques Ability to follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Nice to
Have Skills:
Certification from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or similar industry-recognized credential Experience working with a variety of surgical instruments and protocols Familiarity with sterile processing equipment and maintenance
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required At least 2 years of recent experience in a sterile processing or related healthcare environment
Other Requirements:
