Compensation:
$35- 40/hr (Base); $40+/hr with hands-on experience.
Role:
Perform installation, commissioning, and complex troubleshooting on high-speed industrial/manufacturing equipment.Technical Skills:
Expertise in mechanical systems (precision alignment, pneumatics/hydraulics) and solid electrical fundamentals (schematics, VFDs, safety circuits). PLC (B&R, Siemens, Allen Bradley) and Robotics (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) exposure required.Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years hands-on technical experience (3-7 years typical). strong preference for 2+ years in Food & Beverage.Travel & Requirements:
80-90% travel readiness (2-6 week cycles). Must be physically capable, customer-focused, a reliable troubleshooter, and able to secure a credit card for travel expenses.Skills:
Electro-mechanical/automation troubleshooting (PLCs, robotics, industrial systems) Automation Profile PLC exposure (programming, modifications, edits)PLCs:
