Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions serves a diverse range of industries including aerospace, automotive, electronics, military, and others. At Pinnacle X-Ray Solutions, you will play a key role in the construction and implementation of these mission critical non-destructive testing systems. Position Summary We are looking for a Lead Electrical Integration Technician to support the electrical integration of industrial equipment and automation systems. This is a hands-on floor leadership role for someone who can read schematics, understand electricity, run cable, terminate devices, troubleshoot issues, and communicate clearly with engineers. This is not a control panel wiring position. The focus is machine and system integration: routing cable, connecting devices, supporting electrical buildout, and making sure equipment is integrated correctly from the floor level. Key Responsibilities l Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, device layouts, cable schedules, and engineering instructions. l Run, route, label, and terminate cables between machines, panels, sensors, motors, safety devices, cameras, lights, and other field components. l Support electrical integration of industrial machines, automation systems, and custom equipment. l Lead and coordinate other electrical technicians on the floor while still performing hands-on work. l Report daily progress, issues, missing parts, unclear drawings, and delays to the engineering team. l Identify wiring mistakes, electrical problems, and integration concerns early and communicate them clearly. l Assist with troubleshooting during integration, testing, startup, and debug using a multimeter and basic test equipment. l Maintain clean cable routing, proper labeling, safe work practices, and organized electrical workmanship. l Help train less-experienced technicians on schematic reading, cable routing, terminations, and integration standards. Required Skills l Strong hands-on electrical experience with industrial equipment, machinery, automation systems, or similar environments. l Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring documentation. l Practical understanding of AC/DC power, control circuits, sensors, relays, motors, safety circuits, grounding, and troubleshooting. l Experience running cable, terminating devices, labeling wires, and working around field-mounted electrical components. l Ability to lead a small team, keep work organized, and communicate clearly with engineers and management. l High attention to detail and pride in clean, professional electrical work. Preferred Experience l Machine integration, industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing equipment, or custom machinery. l PLC-based systems, safety circuits, motors, servos, VFDs, sensors, cameras, and industrial controls. l Previous lead technician, floor lead, or supervisor experience. l Experience creating redlines, markups, or clear notes for engineering review. The Lead Electrical Integration Technician will take technical direction from engineers and coordinate with technicians, production, purchasing, and management as needed. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate understands electrical systems, can read schematics, run and terminate cable, troubleshoot problems, and lead other technicians without needing constant supervision. This person should be the bridge between engineering and the floor, helping turn engineering designs into completed, working systems.
