TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing industrial manufacturing organization seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support production equipment, automation systems, and facility operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, maintenance, and working directly with complex industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment. Summary The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing automated production equipment and electro-mechanical systems. This role supports both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and safe production operations. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment Diagnose issues involving motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, conveyors, and control systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment and automation systems Perform equipment adjustments, calibrations, and changeovers as needed Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, safety, and production efficiency Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies Requirements 2+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance or industrial maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Experience with motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, pneumatics, and hydraulics Comfortable working in manufacturing or industrial production environments Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
