Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technician/Mechanic to join our team and keep customers powersports operating at peak performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of atv's, utv's, off-road racecars & motorcycle. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hands-on repair, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will be instrumental in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment functions reliably to support our operations. Duties Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on atv's, utv's & motorcycle using OEM schematics and electrical testing tools. Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Fabricate parts or components as needed using welding, soldering, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet OEM specifications. Assemble new equipment or components following detailed schematics and technical manuals while adhering to safety standards. Maintain accurate service records by documenting all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference. Operate equipment safely during troubleshooting or testing procedures to verify repairs or diagnose issues effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair needs and timelines while maintaining professionalism. Experience Proven mechanic experience working with similar machinery. Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with OEM parts and repair standards. Strong mechanical knowledge across powersports platform. Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques including welding and soldering; familiarity with schematics essential. Ability to operate power tools safely for assembly or repair tasks; heavy lifting skills required. Knowledge of tire service procedures and vehicle maintenance practices. Prior service technician experience in a dealership or industrial setting is advantageous; excellent customer service skills are a plus.
