As a Mechanic, you'll complete preventative maintenance inspection. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild major components on vehicles and equipment. You'll ensure accurate diagnosis and effective repair and / or replacement of components.
Key Responsibilities include:
Perform preventive maintenance and ensures the timely and effective repair of any problems identified during an inspection. Perform inspection, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, AC, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment. Advises supervisor immediately if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the Standard Repair Times (SRTs). Utilize vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs. Complete required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times Conduct safety checks on vehicles. Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. What you can expect when you join the

Compensation:
Starting hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$22.40‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$29.50.‏‏‎ ‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Requirements:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Minimum of three years of experience performing maintenance/minor vehicle repairs, including brake systems. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Maintains certifications on brake repairs and adjustments.
