Perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, cleaning, and restoration of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and pump subassemblies used in FAB equipment systems. Inspect and service components to ensure they meet operational, safety, and quality standards. Utilize basic technical skills (mechanics, electronics, pneumatics) and tools, including multimeters and hand/power tools, to diagnose and resolve issues. Read and follow technical instructions while adhering to OSHA and company safety requirements, including working with hazardous chemicals and completing required safety training. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Collaborate as a team player with strong communication and customer service skills, building trust with peers and customers. Show flexibility to work across different shop areas and projects, with a willingness to learn, cross-train, and apply critical thinking. Exhibit reliability and professionalism as a self-starter with strong work ethic, punctuality, and accountability. Requirements:
1-2 years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience, including automotive, pump, or pneumatic repair. Strong manual dexterity and frequent use of hands, arms, and physical movement in daily tasks. Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing, walking, bending, crouching, and operating in confined or hazardous spaces. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally over 100 lbs, with the ability to work at elevated heights when needed. Must have strong visual acuity (close, distance, color, and depth perception) and excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to work safely in restrictive protective gear for extended periods while maintaining productivity in fast-paced conditions. Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
