ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN IN BATAVIA, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electronic Engineering Technician to join our team in Batavia, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting in-house electronic and motor repairs by setting up new items, creating test procedures, and training technicians. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience, strong understanding of electronic circuits, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $25 to $35/hour depending on experience Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 7:00am to 3:30pm Located in Batavia, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Identify and develop new items for in-house electronic and motor repair Document, save, and scan all new set-up and test procedures Train technicians on new set-up procedures Assist department head with purchasing test equipment Support department organization and goals for growth and service excellence Provide on-the-job training to ensure technicians are properly trained Identify and recommend replacement units to customers as needed Cross-reference foreign or obsolete parts Work on legacy products Perform production repair work as needed Assist with additional projects as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience Strong understanding of electronic circuits Ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers Efficient set-up and troubleshooting skills Clear and concise documentation skills Strong organizational skills and team-oriented mindset Industrial electronics experience — (Salary range based on experience) —
