Core Responsibilities include : Assist in building UV LED, Arc UV & IR & Air Impingement Drying systems on the production floor. Work with production personnel along with mechanical & electrical engineers. Perform multiple tasks within the production process. Be accurate and precise with power tools, hand tools and test electrical equipment. Perform layout work, and secondary machining operations, drilling, tapping and deburring. Capable of using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers. Basic soldering skills. Building cable assemblies. Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Education Preferred:
High School Degree or GED. • Degree or training in electrical engineering or engineering technology a plus.
Qualifications:
Reading Mechanical Drawings a must. Reading Electrical Schematics a must. CAD experience beneficial but not necessary. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields. Familiarity with assembly tools and basic electrical testing equipment. Ability to handle physical workload and lift 40lbs. • A strong team player who welcomes the opportunity to assist others and is willing to perform a variety of tasks. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Experience Required:
Knowledge and use of following test equipment: digital multimeter. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical hand and power tools.
