We're seeking a skilled Electronics Engineering Technician who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and supporting advanced electronic systems—playing a direct role in ensuring product excellence and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Troubleshooting, Repair & Calibration Diagnose and repair PCB assemblies down to the component level using schematics and advanced test equipment Perform final assembly, calibration, and testing of electrical test and measurement products Service and repair customer-returned equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability Documentation & Quality Assurance Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including repair logs and inventory tracking Follow established manufacturing processes and quality control standards to ensure compliance Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency Customer Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration Communicate effectively with customers to troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance Partner with engineering, production, sales, and purchasing teams to support product improvements Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction What You'll Bring Education & Experience Associate degree in Electronics (or equivalent military/technical training) 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems ️ Technical Skills Strong understanding of electrical and electronic theory Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools Familiarity with manufacturing processes and standard software applications Additional Strengths Experience with SMT soldering and de-soldering (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective communication and teamwork skills Why Join Vitrek? ✅ Competitive Pay
