Job Description

Job Overview Ignite your passion for powersports and mechanical excellence as a Powersports Technician - In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind maintaining, repairing, and servicing a wide range of powersports vehicles, including Side by Sides, ATVs, snowmobiles, Golf Carts, and Mowers. Your expertise will ensure each vehicle performs at peak condition, delivering exhilarating experiences for our customers. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powersports vehicles using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct major repairs such as performing engine rebuilds, drivetrain maintenance, and performance tuning. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to complete repairs with precision and safety. Assist in the installation of aftermarket parts or accessories, ensuring proper fitment and functionality. Conduct vehicle inspections to assess mechanical condition, identify needed repairs, and communicate findings clearly to customers or team members. Support the sales and parts team by providing technical knowledge about vehicle features and repair options to enhance customer satisfaction.
Efficiency:
Follow shop checklists and process maps to ensure units move through the shop smoothly.
Digital Documentation:
Use our dealer management system to record detailed service notes. Requirements 3-5+ years of professional experience in powersports or automotive repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, brake repair, suspension systems, and assembly. Expertise with EFI systems and modern engine diagnostics. Experience with welding, soldering, and working with power tools is a plus. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate repair needs and solutions to clients. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong reliability and attendance record. Must have your own professional set of tools. A team-first attitude and willingness to help streamline shop processes.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
