You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence by performing start-ups, complex troubleshooting, and system optimization across various customer sites. Responsibilities Execute the installation, power-up, and commissioning of advanced machine control systems. Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical, mechanical, and fluid system failures to minimize downtime. Debug PLC ladder logic and CNC programs to ensure seamless machine performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify control drawings and refine system logic. Document engineering modifications and provide detailed reports on machine status and corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing technical solutions. Develop and deliver technical training materials to empower customers and internal staff. Required Skills Two-year degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or 5+ years of equivalent field experience. Advanced proficiency in reading and troubleshooting electrical schematics. Demonstrated ability to bridge electrical circuit principles with mechanical and pneumatic systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure. Willingness to travel extensively to support domestic and international job sites. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley (RSLogix/FactoryTalk) or Siemens (Step 7/WinCC) platforms. Proficiency with Fanuc CNC programming and Fapt/Fladder software. Practical knowledge of industrial robotics integration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
