You will leverage your expertise in circuitry and modern vehicle systems to ensure peak performance and safety for every client vehicle that enters the shop. Responsibilities Execute complex repairs on vehicle electrical architectures, including advanced wiring harnesses, battery management systems, and lighting arrays. Drive vehicle reliability by performing proactive electrical health inspections and preventative maintenance. Maximize diagnostic precision by utilizing industry-standard scanning tools and multi-meters to isolate faults. Enhance shop efficiency through seamless collaboration with service advisors and fellow technicians. Maintain a high-standard workspace to ensure safety and operational excellence. Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for customers to improve their understanding of vehicle needs. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated expertise in automotive electrical troubleshooting and repair. Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and electronic testing equipment. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail-oriented problem solving. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Preferred Skills Formal technical certification in automotive electrical systems. Experience with hybrid or electric vehicle (EV) high-voltage systems. Proven ability to manage multiple repair tasks in a high-volume environment.
