Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic production tasks including equipment setup and breakdown in alignment with manufacturing procedures Follow established safety protocols and operational standards in a cleanroom or controlled environment Accurately interpret and follow written and verbal instructions Maintain clear and legible documentation as required for quality assurance Communicate regularly with shift leads, team members, and production coordinators to ensure smooth hand-offs and consistent output Participate in hands-on training related to 5S principles and standardized workflows
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Basic hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven setting Basic computer literacy (data entry, navigating digital instructions)
