We provide both in-shop and mobile calibration services throughout Central Indiana and are committed to delivering OEM-compliant calibrations with exceptional customer service. Position Overview This role combines technical expertise with business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and vehicle technology while also being motivated to build relationships, develop new accounts, and contribute to the long-term growth of the company. You will play a critical role in all aspects of the business, including: Performing calibrations and diagnostics Building relationships with repair facilities Acquiring and managing customer accounts Assisting with operational improvements Supporting business growth initiatives Representing the company professionally in the field Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on all makes and models
Calibrate:
Forward-facing cameras Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) radar systems Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM) systems Rear Cross Traffic Alert systems Surround View and Parking Camera systems Driver Monitoring Systems Lane Departure Warning systems Night Vision systems LiDAR and ultrasonic sensor systems (where applicable) Perform steering angle sensor calibrations, occupant classification calibrations, ride height calibrations, and system initializations Conduct pre- and post-repair vehicle scans Perform vehicle diagnostics and troubleshoot calibration failures Program and code replacement modules when required Follow OEM procedures and maintain calibration documentation Business Development Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with collision centers, dealerships, glass companies, mechanical repair facilities, and fleet operators Identify and secure new calibration accounts Conduct sales visits and customer presentations Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers Help develop operational processes and growth strategies Actively represent the company in a professional and positive manner Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of ADAS calibration experience Extensive hands-on experience with: Autel Ultra, Ultra S2, and MA600 calibration systems Static and dynamic calibrations Multi-brand vehicle diagnostics Proven experience performing: Camera calibrations Radar calibrations Blind Spot Monitoring calibrations Rear Cross Traffic calibrations Driver Monitoring calibrations Steering Angle Sensor calibrations Occupant Classification System calibrations Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Clean driving record Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional communication and customer service skills Preferred
I-CAR ADAS
training or certification Experience with OEM software platforms Module programming and coding experience Existing relationships within the collision repair, dealership, or automotive service industries Previous mobile service experience Compensation & Partnership Opportunity We believe exceptional people should share in the success they help create.
