Belstra Milling , a respected agricultural manufacturing company based in Indiana, is seeking an Instrumentation and Electronic Tech to join their DeMotte facility. This is an opportunity to work with a company that values its people as much as its products. This newly created role exists to support the modernization of automated feed mill operations. You will serve as the technical bridge between advanced automation systems and daily production needs, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining newly installed equipment to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and diagnose instrumentation, equipment, and electronic system issues to minimize production downtime Maintain instrument maintenance and calibration on assigned machines to ensure accuracy and reliability Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembling and troubleshooting electronics Identify recurring instrumentation issues and implement practical long-term solutions Communicate with outside vendors or providers during installation, start-up, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system integration
Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience Electronics technology certification preferred 2+ years of experience working in electronics, instrumentation, industrial controls, or a closely related field Experience working with PLCs, AC/DC drives, industrial controls, data acquisition boxes/loggers, and calibration of sensors Your next adventure starts here!
