Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Engineering Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our engineering team to develop products, build samples, and aid our production team in how to manufacture products. Candidates must have at least high school diploma, (or GED), possess AutoCAD experience, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. This position requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with our engineering and production team. Exceptional attendance required. As an integral part of our engineering team, you will support design, testing, troubleshooting, new and existing customer products. This paid position is ideal for recent graduates or those looking to launch their career in engineering with a focus on manufacturing processes, and CAD-based design. Duties Assist engineers with creating and editing drawings using AutoCAD. Maintain organized files and records for engineering projects, ensuring easy access to information. Build and fabricate prototypes, components, and systems according to specifications. Document/Process all change actions timely, accurately and according to specifications. Provide outstanding customer service. Both internally and externally by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns related to engineering projects. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before final submission. Collaborate with team to ensure project milestones are met on time. Aid in the documentation of technical procedures and system configurations for future reference Experience Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CAD software. Solid mathematical skills for calculations related to engineering tasks. Ability to read and understand a tape measure. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is advantageous Collaborate with team to ensure project milestones are met on time. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a focus on Customer service.
