$30.00/hour Full-Time Position Overtime possible/mandatory Electrical Maintenance Technician Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, forge presses, or automated manufacturing equipment preferred Knowledge of PLCs, AC/DC drives, servo motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial control systems Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints and schematics Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Basic computer and documentation skills required Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules as needed About the Electrical Maintenance Technician Role Crown Staffing is seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Fort Wayne, IN. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial production equipment to support efficient operations and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical maintenance experience with the ability to also support mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:
