Electromechanical Maintenance Technician Miller Beach Area | Gary, IN If you can troubleshoot it, fix it, and keep production moving — we want YOU. We're looking for a hands-on Electromechanical Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving real mechanical + electrical challenges every day. This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk role. This is where skills meet impact. What You'll Do Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical & mechanical equipment Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Perform preventive maintenance on: Drives & motors Conveyor systems Backup power systems Pneumatics & production equipment Keep critical manufacturing equipment operating at peak performance ✅ What We're Looking For ✔ Experience with 3-phase electrical systems ✔ Strong PLC troubleshooting & programming experience ✔ Advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills ✔ Ability to interpret technical drawings & schematics ✔ Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience preferred If you love solving problems, working with advanced equipment, and being the person operations depend on — this role is built for you.
