Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician with mechanical or electrical engineering expertise to perform a wide variety of assembly, testing, and packaging tasks. This role is critical to delivering high-quality electromechanical solutions to customers in a timely manner. The position is contracted through the end of 2026, with the potential for extension into 2027 based on performance and growth within the team. Key Responsibilities Assemble and test complex devices consisting of mechanical and electrical components. Build cable harnesses and other electrical assemblies. Assemble complex kits using custom packaging. Collaborate with engineers to manage inventory for high-demand products. Assist with packaging and skidding items for shipment to customer sites. Support set-up and tear-down of large automation systems. Required Qualifications Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology. Minimum of 5 years of experience assembling electromechanical devices and/or electrical components. Hands-on experience with responsibilities listed above. Preferred Qualifications Experience with precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Ability to read and follow wiring schematics. Experience crimping connectors, soldering, drilling, and tapping. Strong organizational skills and ability to self-prioritize multiple tasks. Demonstrated ability to work with urgency and attention to detail. Certifications None required; relevant technical or safety certifications are a plus. TGIT01
