Job Description

Join Our Team Utility Systems Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Electronics Technician to support the testing, set up, troubleshooting and repair of industrial computer systems. This is a hands-on technical position ideal for someone who enjoys working with electronics, computers, diagnostic equipment, and problem-solving in a production environment. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair computer systems returned from the field Configure new production systems using Linux Ubuntu and Windows 10/11 Test SSD assemblies, CPU boards, and Interface boards Prerform system-level quality assurance and chassis testing Use electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and Hi-POT testers Read and follow electrical schematics, diagrams, and test procedures Assist with maintaining high production quality standards What We're Looking For Strong electronics and electrical troubleshooting skills Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems Experience with computer hardware and peripheral devices Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn proprietary USI systems and applications Preferred Qualifications Technical Degree or certification in Electronics or related fields Previous electronics repair, manufacturing, or testing experience Experience working with industrial computer systems Why Work at USI?
