We're looking for experienced HFC Splicing Technicians to perform fiber optic and coaxial splicing, network upgrades, and daytime cutovers on active networks. Responsibilities

• Perform fiber optic and coaxial cable splicing within HFC networks
• Execute network upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Perform node, cable, and equipment swaps (cutovers)
• Read and interpret network diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure signal integrity and compliance with safety standards Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience with HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) networks
• Experience with both fiber optic and coaxial splicing
• Familiarity with DOCSIS technology
• Ability to read technical drawings and network layouts
• Valid SSN and U.S. work authorization
