Role Description We are seeking a Full time Technician to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this on-site role, the Technician will be responsible for the assembly, calibration, testing, and maintenance of high-precision sensors and electronic components. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting and repairing sensor systems, conducting quality control assessments, and collaborating with the engineering team to support product development and optimization. The Technician will also assist in preparing documentation, test reports, and contributing to the maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Basic understanding of sensor technology such as temperature sensors, accelerometers, strain gauges, and pressure sensors Technical skills in assembling and testing electronic components, along with experience in calibration and troubleshooting Perform strain gage bonding, soldering, bridge verification and calibrations. Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail for ensuring quality control and accuracy Proficiency in utilizing testing equipment and software tools relevant to sensor technology Effective collaboration and communication skills to work alongside a technical team Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment Previous experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or motorsports is an advantage Soldering Experience a Plus CAD and 3D Printing Experience a Plus. Full Competence of Microsoft Office is required College degree, related prior military experience, or other related technical fields is preferred or at least 5 years of experience in data acquisition field
