Our Indiana facility in Jeffersonville offers a unique opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join efforts with engineering and maintenance experts. This role is pivotal in advancing our production capabilities.

Providing crucial repairs and maintenance across our facilities and grounds. Listening and observing to pinpoint mechanical issues efficiently. Easily dismantling and repairing defective apparatus components. Engaging in the precise adjustment of device functionality. Expertly handling robotic programming for optimized performance. Partnering effectively with Process Technicians for troubleshooting. Diligently maintaining documentation and preventive maintenance. Ensuring unwavering adherence to OSHA regulations. Expertly managing hydraulic, HVAC, and pneumatic repairs. Exhibiting excellence in troubleshooting and wiring systems. Crafting advanced poke-yoke or alarm systems as needed. Overcoming challenges in automated and control systems repair. Pioneering solutions in PLC logic troubleshooting and programming. Resolving emergent maintenance issues with creativity. Leading successful product launches. What We Seek A high school diploma or GED; further academic achievements are beneficial. Background of 3-5 years in injection molding equipment issues. Robotics and controls experience, with programming and troubleshooting acumen. Strong foundation in industrially relevant electrical systems. Experience in plant machinery, electronics, and supporting systems. Tech savviness and directional comprehension of schematics. Dedication to ongoing technological education. Effective communications skills are essential. Physical Requirements Resilience in performing tasks independently. Capability to manage lifting and movements efficiently.
