Responsible for the service and support of customer equipment and training, coordination of duties, new system start ups, completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Install, Start up, and maintain customer systems Train operators, maintenance and production on operation and repair of systems Light sales calls as an assistant or to demonstrate Work closely with sales and automation on key accounts. Plan and schedule service calls. Provide direction and support to sales & automation. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Maintain records of all duties, service calls and start ups. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Education:

Bachelor's- Electronics and Automation Engineering or a related field of study.•

Experience:

Three (3) years in the position above, Field Service Engineer, Electrical and Service Coordinator or a related role.

Experience must include:

1. Advance hydraulics, programmable logic controls and Human Machine Interfaces; 2. Process Optimization, Process Improvement and Joint Validation; 3. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic and hydraulic maintenance; 4. Mechanical Joining. •Will accept equivalent foreign degree; will accept no degree and five (5) years of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and three (3) years ; will also accept any fully equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Location:

45500 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, California 94538. International travel to Germany or France may be required approximately once every two years for training. Domestic travel within the U.S. to customer sites may be required 1-2 times per year.
