Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Monitor, operate, and adjust automated control systems to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations Analyze real-time process data and alarms to diagnose issues and initiate corrective actions Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize system performance Support system troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate operational documentation and communicate system status across shifts What Are We Looking For Strong competency in operating and interpreting automated control systems and process data Ability to identify, assess, and respond to operational deviations with sound judgment Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment Adaptability and problem-solving skills to support evolving automation technologies Work Environment This role is based in an industrial manufacturing setting and involves working with advanced automation and control systems. The position may require shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as time spent in control rooms and production areas following all safety standards.
