Join our state-of-the-art cement manufacturing facility as an Automation Technician ! In this role, you'll help ensure the quality of our products by keeping our automated lab and testing systems running safely and efficiently. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment that analyzes materials and production samples — troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing automation processes that directly impact product quality. What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor automated quality testing systems for raw materials and finished product Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain consistent quality results Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on lab and control systems Verify, calibrate , and maintain instruments to ensure accurate data and reporting Analyze system data and communicate test results or issues to supervisors and plant teams Assist with process adjustments to keep production within target quality parameters Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For:

Technical or associate degree in Automation, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance , or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or automation systems Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Ability to lift up to 94 lbs (cement bag) and perform physical work as needed Strong problem-solving and communication skills Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required This is an on-site position ; candidates within 15 minutes of Mitchell, IN preferred Apply Now!
