00 VacancyRequestPayRateCurrency(value=USD) hourly Requirements As a Tech II you will need to have: Experience working around pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems. Maintenance related certificate or 2 plus year maintenance experience working in industrial or manufacturing environment. 3-4 years conveyors, controls and operating systems of a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation. Proficient at electrical trouble shooting. As a Tech II , it would be desirable to have: Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics and blueprints. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings. Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC. Proven track record of strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Knowledge of Automatic Identification systems (Laser Scanning Devices). Experience working effectively under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities. Regarded as a system expert in at least one area (i.e. conveyors, printers, applicators). Role of a Tech II Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. Install and maintain electrical systems and components. Ensure all safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities.
