This role involves conducting lab tests and documenting findings to support our engineering initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct lab tests and experiments, accounting for 75% of your role. Document and report test results and findings, contributing 25% of your responsibilities. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and reliable test outcomes. Utilize advanced mechanical and electronic test equipment effectively. Essential Skills Associate's degree, preferably in electronics. 1-3 years of experience in a related role. Advanced skills in using mechanical and electronics test equipment in a lab setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in fiberoptic cable installation or quality backgrounds is beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Work Environment This position is onsite and operates during the 2nd shift from 1:30pm to 9:30pm. You will work alongside 7 testing engineering technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.12 - $28.85/hr.
