Job Description
The LTC Rx Front End Billing Tech is responsible for resolving third-party and rejected claims, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and supporting reimbursement processes. This role includes preparing and transmitting required documentation, utilizing tools such as CoverMyMeds, and maintaining accurate reporting. The LTC Rx Front End Billing Tech plays a critical part in ensuring payment resolution and maintaining compliance with company, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
