Job Description

Laser Operator We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate laser cutting equipment to produce quality parts efficiently, accurately, and safely. This opportunity is available on both first shift and third shift for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities
  • Operate and assist with the routine upkeep of laser cutting equipment to support safe and efficient production.
  • Set up and program laser cutting machines according to work orders, specifications, and design requirements.
  • Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, to verify accuracy and maintain consistent quality.
  • Inspect finished parts to confirm they meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with the laser cutting process and work with team members or supervisors to resolve them quickly.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures, operating guidelines, and production requirements throughout each shift. Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools, such as calipers, for inspection and quality control is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and contribute positively in a team-oriented environment. First shift is 6:00am
  • 2:30pm Third shift is 4 ten hour shifts from 8:00pm
  • 6:00am starting Sunday night.
